We deliver your orders safely and conveniently to your doorstep. Please ensure your address details are accurate for a smooth delivery experience.
- Delivery time within Kuwait: 3 to 5 business days
- International orders: 5 to 7 business days
- You will be contacted prior to delivery
- Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays
- Delivery Fees
- Free delivery on orders above XXXX KWD
- Orders below: delivery fee between 2 - 4 KWD depending on the area
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout
- Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date under the following conditions:
- Evening collection items: return within 24 hours only
- Items must be in good condition and resalable
- In case of manufacturing defects
- Items purchased during promotions or discounts are not eligible for return
⚠️ Return Fees
If a return request is made, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees:
- Within Kuwait: 1.500 KWD
- International orders: fees are determined based on the shipping company and return location
⚠️ Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount
- Refunds
Refunds via K-net and Visa / MasterCard may take between 4 to 6 weeks.
You may choose to receive a store credit instead of a cash refund.
